Until when can I request for alterations under your fit guarantee?

For orders placed in the showroom, fit guarantee is valid for 30 days from when the first delivery email was sent to you. If a garment is not collected or tried on within 30 days after the delivery email was sent to you, we are afraid we will not be able to offer our fit guarantee then.

For orders placed online, fit guarantee is valid for 30 days from the day your parcel was delivered (applies only to your first order of each type of garment). Please inform us of any fit issues by email or phone upon receiving your items.
