In the very rare case of an issue with the quality or fabrication of your garments, you can return them for store credit in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please contact our customer service team respectively for the UK and Singapore, by phone or email within 10 days after receiving your order for assistance.
In the case of other problems with your garments, please get in touch us so we can assess the garment. In case we offer you a complimentary remake of the garment, we may also ask you to visit our showroom so we can take the most up-to-date measurements to ensure the new garment fits you as comfortably and perfectly as possible.
